• We aim to process all orders within 5-7 business days of receiving payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

• Please note that the delivery time is counted from the day your order is shipped, not from the day it is placed.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates depend on your delivery location and the size of your order. You can view the shipping costs at checkout.
• For orders over $75, we offer free standard shipping within the domestic region.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order on the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Sehrish Afzal is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our customer support for assistance.

• We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for items that are unused and in original condition.
